༄༅།  །༧རྒྱལ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་གཙོས་པའི་བླ་སྤྲུལ་དགེ་བཤེས་མང་དག་ཞིག་སྐུ་ཚེ་མཛད་འཕྲིན་ལ་ཟློག་ཐབས་དཀའ་བའི་གནས་སྐབས་སུ་མིག་མཐོང་ལག་ཟིན་གྱི་སྐུ་ཚེ་མཛད་འཕྲིན་བར་ཆད་རྣམས་ཟློག་པ་དང་། སྔགས་དབང་རིན་ཆེན་འབར་བ། མཆོད་རྟེན། འབུམ་ཚོགས་ལས་བཞི་འཕྲིན་ལས་སོགས་ལོ་ངོ་སུམ་བཅུའི་རིང་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་དང་བསྟན་འཛིན་གྱི་སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཞབས་ཏོག་གནད་སྨིན་བསྒྲུབས་དང་སྒྲུབ་བཞིན་པ།  ལྷག་པར་དུ་ལྷ་བླ་མའི་ལུང་བསྟན་བཞིན་༧རྒྱལ་མཆོག་ལྔ་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་དག་སྣང་ཡང་གསང་རྒྱ་ཅན་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དབང་ལུང་མན་ངག་རྣམས་༧རྒྱལ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་ནས་ལེགས་པར་ཐོབ་ཕྱིར་དཀའ་ཐུབ་ཚད་མེད་ངང་ནས་ཕྱི་ནང་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བསྒྲིགས་ཏེ་བར་ཆད་ཀྱི་གཡུལ་ལས་རྒྱལ་ནས་༧གོང་ས་ལྷ་མིའི་རྣམ་འདྲེན་༧རྒྱལ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་བཅུ་བཞི་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐུགས་དགྱེས་བཞེས་ངང་ནས་དབང་ལུང་མན་ངག་རྣམས་སྩལ་ཐུབ་པ་དང་མི་ལོ་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་བཅུའི་ནང་ལ་ཕྱི་ནང་བར་ཆད་རྐྱེན་སྣ་ཚོགས་ལས་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་རིམ་བྱོན་ནས་དབང་ལུང་སྩལ་མ་ཐུབ་པ་ནི་བསྟན་འགྲོ་སྤྱི་དང་བྱེ་བྲག་ལ་བློ་ཕམ་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ནི་སྨྲོས་མི་དགོས་པ་རེད།  ད་ལན་ལོ་མང་རིང་དཀའ་ངལ་ཚད་མེད་ཐོག་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བསྒྲིགས་ནས་དབང་ལུང་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་བསྐུར་ཐུབ་པ་ནི་འཛམ་གླིང་སྐྱེ་འགྲོ་ཀུན་གྱི་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ལས་འགྲོ་སྨོན་ལམ་གསལ་བའི་སྤྱི་ཀུན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་རག་པ་འདི་ཧ་ཅང་གྱི་བྱས་རྗེས་དང་འཕྲིན་ལས་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པར་བསམས།

In order to dispel obstacles to the activities and lives of many lamas, Geshes and tulkus, especially His Holiness, the Victorious Vajradhara, I pragmatically resolved these dire situations: offering the Lord of Tantra Rinchen Barwa, hundreds of thousands of tsok offerings, the Four Activities, building stupas etc. For over thirty years, I have been serving and attaining significant achievements for Buddha Dharma and Holy Beings, the holders of the doctrine. In particular, in accordance with the prophecies of deities and gurus, having gone through limitless hardships, I obtained the empowerments, oral transmissions and pith instructions of the teachings of Dagnang Yangsang Ghyachhen, the “Extremely Secret, Sealed, Pure Visions” of the victorious, supreme, Great Fifth Dalai Lama. Great impediments and struggles had to be overcome and the appropriate inner and outer auspicious conditions were arranged and met. Delighted, His Holiness, the victorious Vajradhara, guide of gods and humans, was able to bestow the empowerments, oral transmissions, and pith instructions. Due to various inner and outer obstacles, successive reincarnations of the Dalai Lamas were unable to transmit these teachings for the last three hundred and sixty years which undoubtedly was a great loss to the Buddha Dharma and sentient beings. When conditions were finally met after years of endless adversities, all the complete empowerments and oral transmissions were finally granted. I consider this to be the merit, success, and actualization of aspirations shared by all beings on earth, a universal precious jewel that has been gained - an incredible contribution, and an extraordinary enlightened activity.
